Your answers to the outlined questions will help me estimate the size, scope, and nature of your website, as well as help you think through what it is exactly you would like to create.

I will respond with a quote based on your requirements.

  • This will help you and I to get clear on your technical website needs and presentation vision. In short, what you want your website to do and how it should look.

  • Based on your submission, I will reach out with any clarification questions to iron out any issues resulting from your survey that might not have been clear.

  • Once we have agreed on your needs and vision, I will calculate the design fees for the project. That will also include payment terms.

  • The design fees are divided into 3 payment/release installments: 50% deposit to commence design process, 25% deposit at presentation of first website draft, 25% final just before website launch.

  • This process involves putting together the ingredients to achieve your website technical and design needs. This includes website text/copy, images, branding assets (like logo, colors, mood board, etc). It is not always necessary to have all the content ready to start. Based on the project needs, we will have identified the core content for this and other assets can come as the design progresses. I will guide you on the formats and technicalities involved.

  • Once we have the prerequisite content available, I will start the design prep work and then move on the design and features implementation. Your website will be built on the Squarespace platform.

  • I will present the first draft of the website usually within 7 days upon submission of content.

    At this point, you will be required to pay the Squarespace subscription fee. We will also purchase/connect your domain name and setup your business email.

    You will have 2 rounds of revisions for feedback, tweaks and finetuning. Any necessary stock photos and videos will be purchased at this stage.

    We will have phone, email & chat consults during the entire design process.

    I offer 7 days free post-launch support where I share website maintenance tutorials, answer questions and provide needed guidance.
